Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of elk or deer meat6 small potatoes4 large carrots2 stalks celery1 large onion1 1/2 pkgs sliced mushrooms1 packet pot roast seasoning
Directions
Cut all vegetables to desired size. Place in crockpot. Place meat on top of vegetables. Fill with water until everything is almost covered. Add pot roast seasoning and any other seasonings if desired. Cook for 6-8 hours on low in a crock pot.
