Vanilla Ice Cream ( RAW)

Ingredients
Recipe is adapted a bit to make 1 -1/2 quarts3 egg yolks (be sure you use good quality eggs from a local farmer who raises healthy pasture-fed chickens…I wouldn’t recommend eating raw eggs from the grocery store.) 1/2 cup real maple syrup (I’ve been making it with 1/3 c. and it’s still great!) 1 T. vanilla extract1 T. Arrowroot Flour 3 1/2 c. heavy cream/whipping cream, preferably raw, but for sure NOT ultra-pasterurized dash sea salt
Directions
Beat egg yolks and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into ice cream maker and process according to instructions.
