Ingredients
3 lb Corned Beef Brisket3 Handfuls Baby Carrots5 Red Potatoes, cubed1/2 Head Cabbage8 Boiler Onions (or 12 pearl onions)4 Beef Bouillon CubesWater
Directions
Put carrots into the bottom of the crockpot. Add potatoes (cut into large bite size cubes- about 1/6th of a red potatoe is a good size). Sometimes the "corned" part of the brisket may come in a packet, so you may need to press the pepper corns (if they haven't come already pressed) into the meat. Cut the half head of cabbage into 6-9 wedges. Add bouillon cubes. Pour in water until you can see the water in the pot. Cover and cook on high or 8 hours or on low for 6 hours. Serve hot. Makes 9 servings. Happy St. Patty's Day!
