Ingredients:Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)Coconut Oil, .5 cupQuinoa Flakes 3 cupDried Cranberries, 1 cupApples, dried, .5 cupDark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbspSunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulledWalnuts, .5 cup, choppedMaple Syrup, 1 cupPeanut butter 4 tbspHemp Protein Powder, 6 tbspFlax seed 4 Tbsp Chia Seed 4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
mix all in food processor. mash all well. line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. spread out mix and freeze for a few hours. remove from freezer and slice into bars. store in air tight container in freezer or fridge.
