Wildtree Italian Marinated Flank Steak

2 Tbsp Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix1/4 Cup red wine vinegar2 Tbsp Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil1 tsp Dijon mustard1 lb beef flank steak1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips1 large yellow onion, cut into thin thin strips
Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag. Remove air and either marinate for at least 2 hours or freeze. Defrost bag in fridge.
Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak 6 to 7 minutes on each side (or broil in oven). Using long tongs, remove steak from grill and let rest before slicing to preserve juices. Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in remaining dressing in a large skillet until tender.
Thinly slice meat on an angle, cutting across the grain. Serve with the sautéed peppers and onions.
