Black Bean Veggie Rollup

.75 cup Bush's black beans, low sodium.5 cup Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt.33 cup Private Selection Mukimame2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded1 cup raw spinach1 green onion.25 cup raw Cilantro2 tsp honey Dijon mustard1 Joseph's Lavash flax oat bran whole wheat flat bread
Directions
Shred or chop the raw ingredients and add all ingredients to the flat bread. Roll up with a sheet of waxed paper folded over one end to keep ingredients inside the flat bread. Enjoy!
