Fresh Low Fat Ranch Dressing

1 c. low fat buttermilk1/2 c plain non fat yogurt5 sprigs of parsley, chopped1 green onion, chopped1 garlic clove, chopped1/8 t ground black pepper
Directions
Blend all ingrdients in blender and serve on salad. Makes about 12 - 2 tbsp servings.
