Ingredients
100 gm Shallots2 pound Chicken Drumsticks2 pkts Indofood Opor Ayam (45g per pkt)6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
Directions
Hard boiled and shell six large eggs. Cleaned chicken drumsticks. Sliced and fried shallots for garnishing.

Stir fry two packets of Indofood Opor Ayam till fragrant. Add chicken drumsticks, hard boiled eggs, tofu (optional) and 1-1.25 cups of water. Turn heat to low once water boil and cook for 25 minutes or till chicken is tender and seasoned. You are done when the sauce thickens. Serve it with steamed rice with sprinkles of fried shallots.
