Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 servingCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Apples, fresh with skin, .5 cup, quartered or chopped Maple Syrup, .3 tbspWater, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Peel & chop apple. Bring water to boil, add apple, cinnamon & maple syrup. Cook for 5 minutes. Add oats and cook until oats are done. Will be syrupy and delicious.

Serving Size: Makes 1 deliciously large bowl of oatmeal
