red chili carrot soup

Ingredients
2 tsp coconut oil1 tsp olive oil4-5 carrots, diced1 can white beans, drained1/5 red oniongarlic clove1 cup chicken/vegetable stock1 Tbsp red chili paste1 tsp grated gingersaltgaram masalacoriander-dollop of yogurt for serving
Directions
saute garlic, onion, ginger in oil
add diced carrots and drained beans
boil together with spices and broth
puree in blender

Serving Size: makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 - 4oz servings
