3 C. Split Peas8 C. Chicken Stock (saved from cooking several chickens)1 T. Marjoram2 tsp. Rosemary
Put 2 c. of split peas, 6 c stock and spices into the crockpot and stir.
Turn on high for 15-30 mins. then turn to low overnight. In the morning add 1 C split peas and 2 C stock, stir, keep on low.
Before serving add water if needed to desired consistency.
We like ours very thick so no extra water was added.
Serving Size: makes 10 - 12 approx. 1- cup servings
