Ingredients
1 30 ounce bag of frozen hash browns. Cubed or shredded both will work.2 cans reduced fat Cream Of Chicken Soup2 cup chopped celery1 chopped large onion2 boxes of Chicken Bullion 1 small reduced fat cream cheeseToppings optional:Green onionBacon BitsCheddar Cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients EXCEPT Cream Cheese into crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours. Add Cream Cheese an hour before finished ( at 4 hour point).
