Ingredients
Directions
1 pouch of Maruchan Yakisoba (fresh noodles)2 cups cabbage, sliced3 stalks celery, sliced1 carrot sliced1/2 white onion, sliced4 Tbsp oil
Fry the sliced vegetables in 3 tbsp of oil. Add 1/2 of the flavor packet. Cook until it until the cabbage leaf starts to wilt a little. The excess heat will cook it further.
Add the noodle, and 2 tbsp of water to soften, and pour the final tablespoon of oil into the noodle. (I'm assuming the nutritional information for the yakisoba pouch includes calories for this oil.) Push the noodles around so they break up. Once it's broken into individual strands, and broken up a little bit too, mix with the veggies, and add the other half of the flavor packet.
If you feel it needs more flavor, use Worcestershire sauce. That's the traditional sauce used to make yakisoba.
