Low Fat Twice Baked

Ingredients
6 small potatoes1/2 cup of 40% fat margarine1 cup fat free milk6 slice of turkey bacon (chopped)1-1/2 cup of Kraft 2% milk reduced fat shredded cheddar1 teas.chives (chopped)1/2 teas.salt1/2 teas.pepperdash-pepper
Directions

Scrub potatoes and dry.

Wrap each potato in plastic wrap and microwave potatoes for 13-15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350.

Carefully unwrap potatoes when done and cut lengthwise. With a spoon, scoop out insides leaving skins intact.

In a medium bowl, add milk, and margarine to potatoes and mash. Then add cheese, bacon, chives and salt/ pepper to taste. Mix.

Divide potato mixture evenly into potato skins add paprika to each. Place on a baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes.
