Pumplin Soup

Ingredients
1 pumpkin peeled and dicedi onion finely chopped20grams oil1 bramley apple peeled and diced1 chicken oxo cube670 ml hot water
Directions
slowly cook the onion for 10mins without browning
add pumpkin and stock and cook for 20 mins
add apple and cook for 5 mins
blend and season to taste
