Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1-14.75 oz. can salmon, drained1 cup chopped fresh mushroom1 1/2 cup fresh bread cubes2 eggs, beaten1 cup grated cheese1 TBS. lemon juice1 cup chopped onion2 small yellow sweet pepper1 heaping tsp. of dill weedFlake fish in bowl, removing all bones and skin. Add all remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Put into lightly greased slow cooker and shape into rounded loaf. I like to push it towards center so it is not touching sides of crock.

Low 4-5 hours
High 3 hours
