Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of broccoli, finely chopped1 small red onion, chopped1 cup raisins10 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled1 cup low fat mayonnaise1/4 cup splenda1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp sunflower seeds, shelled1 cup red grapes, seedless
Directions
Cook bacon until crispy
Salad: Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, bacon, and grapes in a large bowl.
Dressing: Mix low fat mayonnaise, Splenda, and vinegar in a small bowl.
Add dressing to salad and mix well.
Serves 6-8 people. Calories based on 8 servings.
