Ingredients
blue diamond all natural unsweetened original almond milk, .5 cup Banana, frozen, .5 smallProtein powder, Body fortress, vanilla, 1/2 scoopPumpkin, cooked, mashed .5 cup3 or 4 ice cubes1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp nutmegpinch of ginger2 pkts stevia sweetener
Directions
In a blender cup, put almond milk, ice cubes, pumpkin, banana cut into pieces, spices & stevia, and protein powder. Blend until smooth. Serve with a little lite cool whip on top, if desired.
