Chicken Tortilla soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1 can chopped tomatoes1 small can chopped green chiles1 can black beans1 bag frozen sweet corn1 can enchilada sauce1 c. waterGarnish:shredded cheesetortilla chipssour cream
Directions
Put all ingredients except cheese, chips and sour cream into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken breasts and shred.
Garnish with cheese, chips and sour cream
