2 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Spread (Original)1 block medium firm tofu (340 grams), cubed1/2 large yellow onion, diced1 medium red bell pepper, diced2 tbsp Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1/4 c Nutritional Yeast (Bob's Red Mill)1 tsp turmeric
Fry onions and peppers in margarine until soft.
Add cubed tofu and mash it lightly.
Add other ingredients, stir, mash down and cook until browned on bottom.
Scramble and serve.
