Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
Cake:2 cups Flour, white2 cups Granulated Sugar1 stick Margarine3 1/2 tbsp. Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/2 cup Shortening1 cup Water2 Eggs1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1 dash Salt1 tsp. Baking SodaFrosting:1/3 cup 2% Milk1 stick Margarine3 1/2 tbsp. Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1 dash Salt1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1 box Powdered sugar, unsifted
Directions
Combine flour & sugar in large bowl. Bring to boil in a sauce pan margarine, cocoa, shortening & water. Remove from heat, add to dry ingredient and mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, salt, soda and mix well. Pour into greased & floured 12x18x1 baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Frosting...Bring to boil milk, margarine and cocoa. Then add powdered sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour hot frosting over hot cake.
