2lbs of ground beef 2 jars of sautéed garlic and onion sauce3tbsp of crush red pepper2tsp of garlic powder4tsp of onion powder11/2 boxes of spaghetti noodlesonce you serve on a plate add shredded cheese on top

boil noodles for 5 to 10 minutes and drain add meat and sauce and serve
