GastriKate's Crockpot Beef & Barley Soup

Ingredients
1 bag pearled barley, rinsed2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into small pieces1 onion, diced3 carrots, peeled and diced3 bay leaves1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. saltwater
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a crockpot and cover with water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
