Ingredients
*Curry Paste, Maesri Karee Yellow 4oz/114gm tin ( 2Tbsp/34gm), 8 tbsp (remove)Blue Diamond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk, 2.5 cup (remove)Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened, 1.5 cup (remove)Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 6 ounces (remove)*raw white potato, peeled, 300 gram(s) (remove)*Bell Pepper, Sweet Red, 100 gram(s) (remove)*sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Stir fry one can of curry paste with 2.5 cups of coconut milk for 5 minutes, add chicken, potato and 1.5 cups of coconut milk. Cook for 25 minutes until veggies are cooked. Stir frequently.
