Momma D's Chili in a Crock Pot

Ingredients
2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles3 cans of dieced tomatoes1 can kidney beans1 large onion chopped (1 cup)1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
Directions
Brown burger, drain. Turn on crock pot to "low" setting. Add burger, all tomatoes, onion, beans, cover. Cook 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Stay out of it the full 5-6 hours, I dare you!
