Ingredients:6 Chicken Breast Tenders3 T Cornstarch1 Egg3 T Sesame Seeds2 T Rice Vinegar2 T Low Sodium Soy Sauce2 Serving Black Rice
Stir cornstarch into egg. Add diced chicken tenders. Cook on medium head, stirring occasionally, until brown. Add sesame seeds, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Cook until done.
Serve on black rice.
