Chinese Orange Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 package frozen broccoli2 Tablespoons dry red wine1 Tablespoon Flour-- Mix all of above and marinate for an hour1 cup sugar snap peas (save for later)Sauce:1/3 cup orange juice2 Tablespoons dark soy sauce1 tsp. brown sugar2 tsp. chili powder
Directions
In large skillet, saute garlic in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger (or little more).

Add the chicken and vegetable mixture. Cook until chicken is done.

Add sauce and sugar snap peas. Simmer for a few minutes.

Serve over rice, if desired.

Serving Size: Half of the skillet (or a fourth of the skillet if serving with lots of rice)
