Cottage Cheese, 1 large container (4 servings per container)2 whole eggs1/4 package of cream cheese1/4 C Honey1 tsp vanilla extract48 pieces of Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate chips
In a blender, blend together cottage cheese, eggs, cream cheese until smooth. Add honey and vanilla and blend some more.
Evenly divide among 6 ramekins. Top with about 8 of the chocolate chips.
Bake at 300 for 20 minutes. (Convection oven used, time and/or temperature may need to be adjusted)
Cool and chill in refrigerator. Will keep covered for 3 days.
