4 chicken legs 4 chicken thighs1 C ketchup~1 can of diet coke1/2 C of finely diced onions or dried onionsGarlic powder to tasteRed/Cayenne pepper to taste, optional
Brown chicken in pan. Mix other ingredients together. Drain fat from chicken, return chicken to pan. Cover chicken with wet mixture. Cover pan & leave on low - med/low heat until done. Approx 20-30 minutes.
