Indian type of rice

Ingredients
-- curry to taste-- turmeric to taste -- paprika to taste-- a pinch of salt (Himalayan Pink for me)-- 1 teaspoon of butter - salted-- 2/3 cup of cooked wild rice -- 2/3 cup of cooked lentils -- 1/2 cup of 1 % fat Cottage cheese -- 1 cup of cooked Spaghetti Squash
Directions
-- In a big skillet put your spices and the butter and let the butter melt.

-- Once it's melted add in the lentils and let them fry for a couple of minutes and take in the spices and the butter flavor

-- Finally add the rice, the spaghetti squash and the cottage cheese to the lentils mix and stir really good to make sure that all the ingredients and flavors are well mixed together.

-- Serve and eat :-)
