Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
1 (3.5oz) package of sugarfree butterscotch pudding1 cup Bisquick original1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
Oven 350 degrees.
In large bowl mix bisquick and pudding mix.
Stir in applesauce and egg whites with wooden spoon.
Shape dough ball into small 1/2 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of drinking glass.
Sprinkle with Sugar.
Bake 5-8 minutes.
