Ingredients
Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Vegetable Spirals - 1 cupBoca Veggie Ground Crumbles - 1/2 cupMuir Glen Organic Whole Peeled Tomatos w/basil - .5 cupRed Onion - 1/2 cupSpectrum Organic Olive Oil - 1/2 TbspSalt - pinchPepper - pinch
Directions
Dice onion and add to olive oil coated pan. Add Boca crumbles and fry until cooked. Meanwhile - cook pasta according to directions, drain and put back in pot. Add tomatoes and onion and boca crumble mixture to pasta, then salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil if needed. Let cook for 5 minutes on very low heat to meld flavors
