Protein Pancakes with bacon

Ingredients
1 Egg1 scoop MP Whey Protein Isolate1 tbsp Coconut OilWater to mix2 rashers of Dry Cured Bacon
Directions
Place the egg, protein powder, melted coconut oil and a little bit of water into a protein shaker. Shake until all powder is blended together. The consistency depends on your preferred pancake: Thick double cream consistency will give a thicker pancake, whipping cream consistency will give a thinner lighter pancake. Fry in a ceramic non stick pan (preferably) until brown and cooked. Add a little butter if desired or coconut oil and top with bacon.

Serving Size: makes 1 x 330kcal portion. Adjust to your own needs
