Mindy's gluten free banana bread

Ingredients
4.5 C Oat flour10 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/4 c brownsugar splenda1/4 c splenda3 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg3 tsp vanilla2 eggs3/4 c melted butter7-8 mashed bananas
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Start by mashing bananas in a large bowl. I dumped everything else into the banana mixture except for butter and flour at this point and mixed it all in then added butter and stirred well the added the flour slowly, however the recipe I used for inspiration had the following instructions. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, eggs, and sugars, mix well. Stir in butter. add baking soda and baking powder and mix well. Slowly add flour and mix well. Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray and bake about 45min to 1 hour.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves slice into 12 slices each
