CUCUMBER DILL SALAD

Ingredients
1 cup Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinigar1 cup Apple Cider3 large Cucumbers (peeled)5 sprigs fresh Dill weed1 cup ONION, CHOPPED3 tbsp HoneySalt and pepper to taste
Directions
peel and slice cucumbers thinly
lay them out on a brown paper bag or paper towels and lightly salt to drain off excess water (let drain for one to 3 hours)

dice onion
chop dill and discard stems

boil the apple cider vinegar, apple cider, and honey

in a bowl toss the onion, fresh dill, cucumbers, and vinegar mix and let the salad cool and marinade for at least three hours.
