Yogurt-Granola Parfait with Chia Seeds

unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, macadamnia nuts, millet flour, almonds (or pecans), stevia, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, unsweetened coconut flakes, coconut oil, Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Stir together chia seeds and almond milk and set aside.
Put the rest of the ingredients, EXCEPT the Greek yogurt, into a food processor and blend.
Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake for one hour, stirring at least twice.
To make the parfait, place a little of the granola into the bottom of two cups. Top each with half of the chia mixture, then some yogurt ... then repeat, layering the granola, chia and yogurt.
