Ingredients
6 Cups Beef Broth, Low SodiumOnions, raw, 1 large Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces Butter, salted, .5 tbsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
Directions
Sautee onions, carrots, mushrooms in butter until tender. Add beef broth and seasonings. Cook until heated through.
