Millet Porridge

Ingredients
Millet, 1 cup*Apple Rings, Dried Granny Smith or any other type available, Unsweetened/Unsulfured 12 pcs, 4 servingCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp*oat milk, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Water, filtered, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Soak the millet for a few hours, drain and toast in skillet about 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler, cover and simmer approximately 20 minutes or till all liquid is absorbed.
