Turkey Carcass Soup with Vegetables and Barley

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Homemade Turkey Stock,made with turkey carcass and 4 quarts water*Potato, raw, 6 medium diced Carrots, raw, 4 large dicedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large dicedsmall Onion Raw diced approx 1 cupCabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped *28oz Canned Tomato chopped *Barley - Uncooked, 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1 TBspParsley, dried, 1 tsp Basil, .1 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp *Bay Leaf, 1 or 2 whole, Paprika, 1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp Thyme, ground, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Bring carcass to boil, then reduce to simmer cook for 1and 1/2 hours. Remove carcass to cool and remove meat.

Strain broth into pot and add meat bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.

Remove Bay leaves before serving.
