Cucumber Lebanese Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped cucumbers1/4 cup bulgur, fine grained (to absorb the liquid of cucumbers)1/4 cup chopped radishes (about 4 medium radishes)1/4 cup chopped red onion3 Tbsp molasses syrup1 tsp sumac3 Tbsp olive oilsalt, to tastejuice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Chop cucumbers. Add bulgur grains and lemon juice, leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Then add all other ingredients and stir.
