Strawberry Protein Macaroons

Ingredients
1. 1 and 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut2. 1/4 cup egg whites3. 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (I used splenda)4. 1/4 cup strawberries5. 1 scoop strawberry/vanilla whey
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Make little clusters with a table spoon (mix yielded 12) on a parchment sheet
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until airy, crispy and smells like strawberry-coconut heaven!
