Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers

2 cans cannellini white beans1 large sweet potato, baked/peeled/mashed (2 cups)2 T tahini2 t maple or agave syrup1/4 c wheat flournutritional yeastseasonings (cayenne, black pepper)Panko crumbsavocado, mustard, buns, romaine, onion,
Mix everything/mash/use food processor
Shape into patties, coat in Panko crumbs
Bake in oven or fry in safflower oil in a pan over high heat
Serve on buns or plain with whatever burger fixings you want. These freeze really well and make a quick grab lunch for busy mornings.
