Ingredients
.5 lb sliced bacon cooked and crumbled.25 cup margarine18 oz shredded brussel sprouts3 green onions diced2 cloves garlic, diced.5 tsp season saltpepper to taste
Directions
cook bacon, drain on folded paper towels
reserve small amount of bacon grease, add margarine, sauté green onion and diced garlic, add sprouts
cook for roughly 10 minutes stirring often. When sprouts are to desired texture, add crumbled bacon, and serve
