Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
4 4oz. Pork Chops, 4 5oz. Sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1" think1 Medium chopped onion1 Cup water1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork chops in a skillet, then place in square baking dish. Peel and slice sweet potatoes, place over the pork chops. Cook the onion in the skillet after browning the pork chops, when onions soft add water an wochestershire sauce. Pour liquid over pork chops and sweet potatoes. Cover dish with foil and bake 1.5 hours at 350
