Ingredients
Red Pepper (Fresh), 0.5 cup Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slicesRomaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf La Banderita Flour Tortillas (6 inch tortilla), 3 serving Hummus, Sabra Classic Hummus, 2 TBSP, 6 servings Lemon juice, 3 TSPOlive oil, 1 TBSP
Directions
- Mix lemon juice and olive oil, set aside
- Slice all vegetables
- Spread 4 TBSP Hummus on each flour Tortilla
- Arrange vegetables on top of hummus
- Drizzle 1 tsp dressing on vegetables
- Roll each wrap and serve
