Ingredients:Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup), 2 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Tropicana Orange Juice (8 oz), 1 serving (remove)Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals, 1 tbsp (remove)*Aloha Nu Coconut Flour 1/2 cup, 1 serving (remove)Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 8 tbsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, .5 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Combine wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients, stir just until mixed
Add raisins, stir minimally
Add almond milk, stir until mixed
Line cake pan with parchment paper
Bake at 375 on top rack for 35-40 mins
