Quick and Easy Deer Stew

Ingredients

6 oz of deer meat6 tablespoons of McCormick's Brown Gravy Mix3 oz (approx 14) baby carrots1 large stalk of celery2 tbs of Dried Minced Onions2 tbs oilseason to taste
Cook baby carrots, sliced celery and dried onions in 6 cups seasoned water until carrots are tender, let cool.
Quick sear deer meat in 2 tbs of oil for 5 minutes on each side then place in 350 degree oven for approx 15 minutes till internal temp is 145-150 degrees. Remove from oven, cool enough for handeling. Cut meat into desired pieces (I like mine small, 1 1/2 inch ver thin slices)
Take vegetable broth, making sure you have 4 cups of broth (approx 2 will boil away in the process) and add brown gravy mix. Cook as directed on container. Add vegetables and meat. That simple!
