Berry Creamy Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small sweet potato - baked, skin removed2 bananas1 cup of spinach (packed if fresh)5 large strawberries (frozen preferred)1/4 cup frozen blueberries1/4 frozen cherry or cherry-berry blend2 tbsp ground flax seeds3 tbsp chia seeds2 cups water
Directions
Bake the sweet potato in the skin until tender. Remove from skin.

Combine with all other ingredients in a high-powered blender, like a VitaMix.

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
