Ingredients
1/4 cup water1 onion, chopped1 Tbsp cider vinegar1/2 bell pepper, chopped10 oz cremini mushrooms1/3 cup walnuts, chopped fine1/2 cup ketchup3 oz tomato pastesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large frying pan, add water until hot. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10-15 minutes.

Serve over your favorite bun or bread.
