Homemade egg noodles

Ingredients
2 cups flour3 egg yolks1 whole egg1 tsp salt1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix flour & salt. Make hole in the middle and egg & egg yolks. Begin to mix, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. You will want this dough very dry, because it makes it easier to cut. Knead until smooth. Then slice & roll & cut to your liking.
